What you'll do
- Monitor account health daily across marketplaces
- Investigate policy and IP complaints and their root cause
- Draft clear plans of action and appeals
- Check product compliance before listings go live
- Keep a record of every issue and how it was closed
Must have
- 2+ years handling account health or seller support cases
- Strong written English for appeals
- Calm, methodical working style
Good to have
- Knowledge of IP and brand registry processes
- Experience with EU or US compliance
