What you'll do
- Run regular calls and monthly reviews with clients
- Turn client goals into team tasks
- Make sure reports go out on time and are correct
- Handle concerns early and calmly
- Spot chances to grow the relationship
Must have
- 3+ years in client servicing or account management
- Clear spoken and written English
- Comfort with ecommerce numbers
Good to have
- Agency experience
- Gujarati or Hindi
