What you'll do
- Set creative direction per brand
- Review and improve all creative work
- Plan creative tests with the ads team
- Build templates and brand guides
- Hire and train the creative team
Must have
- 5+ years in design or creative roles
- Experience leading a creative team
- Strong portfolio across ads and ecommerce
Good to have
- Experience with performance creative testing
- Video and motion skills
