What you'll do
- Agree monthly sales and profit targets with each brand
- Lead monthly business reviews with clear numbers
- Coordinate listing, ads and operations work across the team
- Handle escalations calmly and quickly
- Spot growth opportunities and propose them with numbers
Must have
- 4+ years in ecommerce, with client or brand-facing work
- Comfortable presenting numbers to business owners
- Strong written and spoken English
Good to have
- Gujarati or Hindi for local clients
- Experience with US, UK or EU marketplaces
