Leads the marketplace team and is responsible for sales, profit and account health across all brands.

What you'll do
- Set team priorities and review work daily
- Own sales and profit targets across accounts
- Build checklists and systems so work doesn't depend on one person
- Plan sale events and stock with brands
- Hire and train marketplace executives
Must have
- 5+ years in marketplace work, 2+ years leading a team
- Strong command of numbers: TACoS, margin, contribution
- Experience across at least two marketplaces
Good to have
- International marketplace experience
- Experience building SOPs
