What you'll do
- Set daily, weekly and monthly operations routines
- Own on-time dispatch, stock accuracy and return rates
- Build backups for every critical process
- Lead operations, warehouse and support teams
- Report operations numbers weekly
Must have
- 6+ years in ecommerce operations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong systems thinking
Good to have
- Multi-warehouse experience
- International fulfilment
