What you'll do
- Receive and inspect returns
- Record condition and reason
- Restock, repair or write off items
- File claims for damaged or wrong returns
- Report return reasons weekly
Must have
- Careful and honest
- Basic computer skills
- Good record keeping
Good to have
- Experience with marketplace return claims (for example SAFE-T)
