- Add captions, music and motion text
- Cut versions for each platform
- Keep a fast, organised workflow
- Work with designers and content writers
Must have
- Portfolio of short-form video
- Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut skills
- Sense of pacing for reels

- Motion graphics
- Basic shooting skills
