What you'll do
- Plan shifts and assign work
- Check picking and packing accuracy
- Keep dispatch on time against cutoffs
- Keep safety and cleanliness standards
- Train new associates
Must have
- 3+ years in warehouse work, 1+ year supervising
- Good with people and schedules
- Basic Excel
Good to have
- Ecommerce fulfilment experience
- Experience with a warehouse system
